Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an organization, and Lossless, regarding your access to and use of our website, platform, and proprietary trading services. By accessing or participating in Lossless, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Lossless platform and website, including but not limited to technology, trading tools, evaluation frameworks, software, databases, website design, logos, media, text, graphics, and other content, are the exclusive property of Lossless or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or otherwise misusing any protected elements of the platform.

User Representations

By accessing and using Lossless, you represent and warrant that:

  • (1) You have the legal authority and capacity to agree to and comply with these Terms;
  • (2) You are not considered a minor in your jurisdiction;
  • (3) You will not use automated, bot-driven, or non-human means to access the platform unless explicitly approved;
  • (4) You will not use Lossless for illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including misconduct related to trading operations or platform participation.

Prohibited Activities

You may use the Lossless website and platform solely for purposes aligned with our proprietary trading programs and approved activities. You agree not to engage in any action that could disrupt platform operations, compromise system integrity, exploit platform functionality, harm Lossless reputation, or interfere with other users. Unauthorized commercial use, resale, or misuse of platform tools, evaluations, or funding systems is strictly prohibited.

Term and Termination

These Terms of Service remain active for as long as you access or use the Lossless platform. Lossless reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, or terminate platform access to any user for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance, or behavior deemed harmful to the platform or community.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Lossless platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, applicable to agreements executed and performed entirely within the state, without regard to conflict of law principles.
